One of the top international arbitration practices in the Gulf Region is provided by Al-ajaleen, which has 17 offices spread across 10 nations. Our team members are admitted to practice in a wide range of jurisdictions, know more than a dozen languages, and can conduct complicated arbitrations in both English and Arabic.

We are regularly chosen as counsel in arbitrations situated all over the world, and our experience includes arbitrations run by all of the major international arbitration organizations, such as the ICC, LCIA, SIAC, and PCA.

We perform arbitrations in all of the major jurisdictions in the area, such as the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, and Oman. We are frequently appointed as counsel in arbitrations run by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre, ADCCAC, CRCICA, DIAC-LCIA, BCDR-AAA, and DIAC.

In addition, members of our team provide complicated public international law advice and represent parties in investment arbitration proceedings under bilateral and multilateral treaties.

Only two firms, including ours, are classified in Band 1 by Chambers and Partners for their MENA-wide dispute resolution expertise. Furthermore, Chambers and Partners have ranked our UAE disputes team in Band 1 for the past 4 years and in Qatar for the past 2 years.
